Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from MomDau. We put our hearts into our crafts and we want you to love them as much as we do! But, we understand that sometimes items may not look the way you expected them. If that does happen to you we will be happy to return certain items within 30 days of your purchase and you will be refunded to the original payment source.

However, personalized items, like customized wooden door hangers or epoxy tumblers with personal names or certain quotes cannot be refunded.

Please remember that no one is perfect, everything at MomDau is handcrafted and mistakes can happen no matter how many hours we spend scrutinizing our finished products--believe me, some things take weeks before we're satisfied with the outcome. If we do make an error we will be more than happy to fix your item!
